the compose of  shaftless screw conveyor

It is mainly composed by drive device, head assembly, chassis, shaftless screw body, groove liner, feeding port, discharging mouth, machine cover  (when needed), and the base and so on

drive device:it adopts cycloidal reducer and surface-hardening gear reducer,the drive device should be installed the discharge end.

The head assembly of machine: it is with thrust bearing to bear the axial force

machine casing: it is U or O type, is is with rainproof cover on the top, its Material adopts  stainless steel or carbon steel or fiberglass

Shaftless screw axis body: stainless steel or carbon steel

lining plate: the material is adopted Wear plastic or rubber and  casting board

feed and discharge potr:they are square and circular,it is up to users.
