The gearing of TD bucket elevator is devided into YZ type reducer or ZQ (YY) type reducer.YZ type Shaft-mounted gear reducer is directly installed on the spindle head. It can Save transmission platform, coupling, etc. it is with compact structure, light weight.There is  Heterotypic roller non-return device in the machine,it is reliable backstop Products. The reducer has low noise and smooth operation, it can be floated with the main shaft , so it can eliminate assembly stress.

Hopper: Q type( shallow hoppe), H type (arc), Zd type( middle-deep) Sd type (deep)

Structure：it adopts rubber belt as drag gear.

Unload: centrifugal and mixed type.

Suitable material：loose bulk densityρ＜1.5t/m³  materials are in the state of powder, granule and clump.

applicable temperature：the temperature of materials is less than 60℃,if the rubber belt is heat-resistant ,the temperature is less than 200℃.

Throughput：4~238m³/h
